1. Purpose

AI Auto Lab provides private automation workflows that may connect Google services with automation and AI-assisted media tools.

2. Google user data

When a user grants permission, the application may access Google Drive files, folders, and Google Sheets data needed to execute that user's requested workflow. The application uses this data only for the functionality the user initiates or configures.

3. How data is used

Authorized data may be used to read workflow inputs, upload or download user-selected files, update spreadsheet records, generate or process media, and pass required content between connected services.

4. Sharing

AI Auto Lab does not sell user data. Data may be transmitted to service providers selected for the workflow, such as automation, cloud storage, AI generation, or media rendering services, only as necessary to complete the requested task.

5. Storage and retention

Workflow data may remain in the user's Google account, connected services, logs, or generated media storage according to the settings and retention policies of those services. Users control the source files and spreadsheets in their own Google account.

6. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to authorized workflows and credentials. Users should protect their account credentials and revoke access if they believe a connection has been compromised.

7. Revoking access

Users may revoke Google account access at any time from their Google Account security settings. Revoking access may stop related automation workflows from working.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated as the workflow or connected services change. The current version will be published on this page.
